Shipping policy

Once an order has been submitted, please allow up to 72 hours for it to be processed and shipped (generally orders will ship out sooner than this). All orders are shipped from the Handeholder Products Inc. Distribution Center in the state of Michigan via US Postal Service (standard shipping) No orders are processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. 

 

Upon shipment you will receive an e-mail notification containing tracking information so that you can view the status of your order. We can not guarantee a delivery date with this promotion, if you need your order by a specific date please contact sales@handeholder.com and someone will assist you, alternately you can call 1-888-665-7052 Ext 701 during normal business hours and an associate will help you with your order.

USPS First Class packages are typically delivered within 2-5 business days, but there is no guarantee on the delivery time. This is because the delivery time can depend on a variety of factors, including the distance between the sender and recipient, the volume of mail being processed, and any unforeseen events or delays that may occur during transit.

Similarly, USPS Priority Mail has a delivery timeframe of 1-3 business days, but again, there is no guarantee on the delivery time. While Priority Mail is typically faster than First Class, the delivery time can still vary depending on the same factors as mentioned above.

USPS Priority Mail Express, on the other hand, does offer a guarantee of delivery within 1-2 business days depending on the destination, but this guarantee only applies if the package is shipped before the designated cut-off time and the recipient is located in an eligible ZIP code. If the package is not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe, the customer may be eligible for a refund of their shipping costs.

In summary, while USPS provides estimated delivery times for their shipping services, these times are not guaranteed and can be affected by various factors outside of their control.

If one or more of the items in your order is out of stock, your order will not ship until all items are available (applicable to both international and domestic orders). Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information shortly thereafter.
